Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add green food coloring, mint extract, and salt; mix until combined.
- Stir in cold milk and heavy cream until well blended.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn the mixture according to manufacturer instructions for about 25-30 minutes.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add chopped chocolate pieces.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
