Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel and cube the pineapple and melon. If using watermelon, cube it as well.

  3. Gently mix until all fruit is coated in lime juice.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle with salt and optional toppings like chili powder or cheese.
