- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed
- 1–2 cups watermelon, cubed (optional)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- Fresh mint or basil (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: chili powder or Tajín, crumbled feta cheese or goat cheese, toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel and cube the pineapple and melon. If using watermelon, cube it as well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed fruits with lime juice and zest. Add chopped herbs if desired.
- Gently mix until all fruit is coated in lime juice.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with salt and optional toppings like chili powder or cheese.
