Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture over them evenly.
- Top with mozzarella and the remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
