Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the dough using a no-knead method; shape it into a rectangle.
- In a glass jar, mix olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to create the brine.
- Place the dough on parchment paper and dimple it with your fingers.
- Evenly distribute the brine over the dough and top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Finish with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
