Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add chicken bites seasoned with lemon juice, zest, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine cooked linguine with the chicken in the skillet. Stir in remaining butter and Parmesan cheese, mixing well. Use reserved pasta water to achieve desired creaminess.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
