Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and sear them in a hot frying pan for about 2 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove the meatballs from the pan and add tomato paste followed by pizza sauce; cook briefly to combine.
- Return the meatballs to the pan and coat them with the sauce.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
