  • 16 oz ground Italian sausage
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and sear them in a hot frying pan for about 2 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove the meatballs from the pan and add tomato paste followed by pizza sauce; cook briefly to combine.
  5. Return the meatballs to the pan and coat them with the sauce.
