Instructions
- Marinate the beef: Combine sliced flat iron steak with coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic in a bag. Refrigerate for one hour.
- Prepare broccoli: Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for two minutes, then drain.
- Stir-fry beef: Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef until browned (1-3 minutes). Remove beef from skillet.
- Cook broccoli: In the same skillet, stir-fry blanched broccoli for about three minutes until crisp-tender. Add remaining marinade and cook for an additional two minutes.
- Combine: Return cooked beef to the pan with broccoli and warm through. Finish with fish sauce and toasted sesame oil before serving.
