Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a thick batter; fold in cheddar cheese.
- Scoop batter into muffin cups (approximately 3 tbsp each).
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before removing from pan.
- Brush warm biscuits with garlic butter made from melted butter and garlic powder.
