- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish for the crust. Bake for 10 minutes until golden; cool completely.
- For the filling, whisk together key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time until well combined. Pour into cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature for about an hour then refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gradually add remaining sugar. Spread whipped cream over chilled pie and garnish with lime zest if desired.
- Slice and serve chilled.
