Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until smooth. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
