- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix barbecue sauce with pineapple chunks until combined.
- Layer half of the sauce mixture in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place meatballs on top and pour remaining sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for approximately 4 hours or until cooked through.
