- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture until smooth.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the sauce, melt brown sugar, butter, and cream over medium heat; stir until well combined and thickened.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over cooled cake before serving.
