- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Whisk together lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, paprika, honey, and oregano in a bowl. Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish and cover with marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least one hour (preferably overnight).
- Preheat Your Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (375°F/190°C).
- Prepare for Grilling: Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Grill Chicken: Place on grill grates and cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
- Rest Before Slicing: Remove from grill and let rest for five minutes before slicing.
- Serve Up: Drizzle with remaining marinade (cooked) and garnish as desired.
