For the Chicken:
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor). - Grill the Chicken:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and charred slightly on the edges. - Make the Sauce:
In a small saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in agar-agar powder and whisk continuously for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. - Serve:
Slice the grilled chicken and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges if desired.
