- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh parsley (optional) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuits and flatten each slightly. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Pinch the edges tightly to seal around the cheese filling.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush generously over each biscuit ball before placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving warm.
