Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Let cool and shred.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, minced garlic, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with crushed crackers followed by shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let sit for five minutes before serving.
