Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
- Incorporate orange juice and zest into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Dissolve agar-agar in hot water and mix it into the cheesecake filling.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with additional zest or whipped coconut cream.
