Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

- In another bowl, mix applesauce, lemon juice, zest, vegetable oil, and non-dairy milk until smooth.
- Gently combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface; knead gently for about a minute. Roll into a rectangle about half an inch thick and cut into strips; roll tightly.
- Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
