Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a rectangular baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For icing, whisk powdered sugar with milk until smooth; drizzle over cooled bars before serving.
