Instructions

- Grill Time: Remove lamb chops from marinade and let excess drip off. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Rest Before Serving: Let grilled lamb chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with Glaze: Simmer reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened (about 3 minutes) and drizzle over lamb chops before serving.
