Instructions

- In another bowl, cream the butter until smooth; gradually add sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by milk and maple syrup until well combined.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before drizzling with the maple glaze made from powdered sugar and maple syrup.
