Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then lay them evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, chopped artichokes, and spinach until well combined.
- Spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast generously.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (75°C).
