Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground turkey and cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and chopped vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until veggies are tender but still crisp.
- Drizzle in teriyaki sauce and rice vinegar, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly. Let simmer for an additional minute.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, drizzling any remaining sauce for extra flavor.
