- 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil or traditional)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using traditional noodles, cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
- In a baking dish, layer garlic butter sauce at the bottom, followed by noodles, more sauce, heavy cream, shrimp, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving; drizzle with remaining sauce.
