- 4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the cod fillets in the dish and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
