Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine flour with salt and pepper. Coat chicken pieces in the seasoned flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Assemble tacos with fried chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
