Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Frost as desired.
