- 30 oz frozen hash browns
- 14 oz kielbasa sausage, diced
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, diced kielbasa, cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Layer half of the mixture in the crockpot and top with half of the remaining cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving and garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese if desired.
