- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil, then add flour all at once and stir vigorously until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.
- Spread the dough in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then add vanilla extract.
- Slice the cooled puff cake horizontally and fill with whipped cream before replacing the top layer.
