Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and olive oil; mix until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to an oven-safe dish and pour in the chicken broth; cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and carefully uncover; mix agar-agar with water and stir into the pan juices until thickened to create a sauce. Serve drizzled over the chicken.
