- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped (divided)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped crab meat, garlic powder, and half of the green onions until smooth.
- Spread tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet. Top with spoonfuls of the crab mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining green onions on top. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
- Serve immediately with sour cream on the side.
