- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Generously season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, herbs, paprika, and black pepper until combined.
- Spread half of the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Drizzle remaining cowboy butter over the chicken before serving with your favorite sides.
