Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and oil until frothy. Combine with dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in hulled strawberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow brownies to cool slightly before melting chocolate chips in the microwave. Drizzle melted chocolate over cooled brownies and cut into squares.
