- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan and prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, baking for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled brownies into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until combined.
- In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer crumbled brownies, cheesecake filling, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips. Repeat the layering until full.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
