- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream and eggs one at a time until blended.
- Stir in ground cinnamon and fold in diced apples gently.
- Pour filling over the baked crust and bake for about 50-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Remove from pan and drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing.
