- 15 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer, followed by a mozzarella ball and a basil leaf. Repeat until skewer is filled.
- Place assembled skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with olive oil.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
