- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and onion powder until smooth to create the sauce.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of sauce in the center. Add cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end while tucking in the sides. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Optional: Heat wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a skillet over low heat for 2 minutes per side for warm wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
