  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and onion powder until smooth to create the sauce.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of sauce in the center. Add cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end while tucking in the sides. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Optional: Heat wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a skillet over low heat for 2 minutes per side for warm wraps.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
