- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and separate broccoli florets.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, cornstarch, and a splash of water until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef to the pan in batches; cook until browned (about 3 minutes).
- Toss in bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables; stir well for about 2 minutes until everything is coated and bubbling.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
