Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the cream cheese until smooth, then gently add chopped strawberries.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
