Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well until creamy.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Dissolve agar-agar in water according to package instructions; stir into the filling mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 45 minutes until slightly set in the center.
- Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
