- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
- Mix the brownie ingredients until smooth and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before crumbling into small bits using your hands or a fork.
- Roll crumbled brownies into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each brownie ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on the sheet. Roll in sprinkles or chopped nuts if desired.
- Chill truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
