Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press this mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, agar-agar powder, butter, and salt over medium heat until melted and smooth.
- Pour the caramel over the baked crust and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for one hour before refrigerating for at least two hours before cutting into bars.
