Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with vegetable oil and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix this into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- For the glaze, simmer agar-agar with fresh blueberries over medium heat until thickened; pour over cooled brownies.
