Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with vegetable oil and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix this into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. For the glaze, simmer agar-agar with fresh blueberries over medium heat until thickened; pour over cooled brownies.
