Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy; gradually add sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time; mix in vanilla extract and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in blackberries into the batter.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before drizzling with blackberry glaze made from mixing powdered sugar and blackberry juice.
