- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar-free whipped topping
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in remaining sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until just combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, layer with sliced strawberries, then add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set.
- Carefully release from the springform pan, slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!
