Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2–3 Tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil, divided
Instructions
- Heat 1/2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes until browned on one side. Stir occasionally until dark green and tender, about another 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and brown the ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula until fully cooked.
- While the chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir until slightly thickened.
- Return the broccoli to the skillet and combine well with the sauce. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
