  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: Serves approximately 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil, divided

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes until browned on one side. Stir occasionally until dark green and tender, about another 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and brown the ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula until fully cooked.
  3. While the chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a bowl.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked through, pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the broccoli to the skillet and combine well with the sauce. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
