Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Rub minced garlic over chicken thighs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and salt; mix well.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and pour marinade over it.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- For added crispiness, broil for an additional minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lime wedges.
