- 4 low-calorie whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix until well-coated.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
- Assemble burritos by spooning chicken mixture into tortillas and adding cheese.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Optionally pan-fry the burritos seam-side down for a crispy finish.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
