Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools for easy access.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth; add optional nut butter or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run molds under warm water briefly before twisting to release.
