  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the top sirloin into 1 ½-inch cubes. Marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade for 3.5 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Chop red pepper, green pepper, and red onion into large squares; cut pineapple into wedges. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble kabobs by threading steak, pineapple, and veggies on skewers.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and vegetables are tender.
