Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
- ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 lbs pineapple
- 1 small red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the top sirloin into 1 ½-inch cubes. Marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade for 3.5 hours in the refrigerator.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Chop red pepper, green pepper, and red onion into large squares; cut pineapple into wedges. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble kabobs by threading steak, pineapple, and veggies on skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and vegetables are tender.
